In simple report in fields:

we can use symbols:

Symbol	Description
@!D	current date
@!L	login of the person generating the report
{forename}	forname of the person generating the report (value of field Forename typed during user registration)
{surname}	surname of the person generating the report (value of field Surname typed during user registration)
{city}	vaule of the field City typed during user registration
<number_of_condition>!?	part of the where phrases associated with a specific number selection condition, exemplary embodiment: state=”A” (see Defining conditions)
<number_of_condition>?!	the value entered in the specified number condition in the selection, sample form: "A” (see Defining conditions)
