Internal schedule

In the reporting system ProReports is implemented internal scheduler by which reports can be generated automatically, regardless of operating system.

To add prepared report to schedule, select the function Administration->Schedule and next option Add task. A form will then appear as below:

After selecting the report from the list (see field Report) should be complemented by the value inserted in the field Task of parameters, witch we add as a string:

&pnprm[]=<name_of_parameter>&vprm[]=<value_of_parameter>

repeated for each parameter. If there is a sign of the parameter value % replace it with a string %25.

Next select:

• Days of the week – here we indicate the days on which the report is to be generated
• Hours, Min. – these fields allow you to set the hour and minute report generation
• Date,Months – these fields clarify how the days and months to generate reports
• State – on, off task

Once your job should be visible in the task list schedule:

From the list, there is also a history of report generation (look icon ).

Automatically generated reports are available to the user from the function Reports->Files of reports:

If you want to automatically generate a report was sent to the users by e-mail, then you need from the function Reports->List of reports for the selected report use the option menu E-mails and make a list of e-mail, which will be sent a report after each generation:

Of course first you need to setup in ProReports your SMTP server (how to do that see here).
